Abstract:
Heterocyclic
compounds
are
amongst
the
most
promising
and
versatile
classes
of
biologically
important
molecules.
One
heterocycle
molecules
is
pyrazole
with
a
five-membered
heterocyclic
ring
two
neighboring
nitrogen.
Pyrazole
its
derivatives
have
shown
broad
range
biological
applications
like
antibacterial,
antifungal,
antiviral,
anti-inflammatory,
anti-cancerous,
herbicidal
activities.
The
study
synthetic
routes
suggests
three
ways:
cyclo-condensation
hydrazine
on
1,3
difunctional
systems,
dipolar
cycloadditions,
multicomponent
reactions.

usage

efficient
