ABSTRACT Polypropylene (PP) membranes show promising applications in electric and biomedical fields. However, the residue of Z–N catalyst system would decline their electrical properties, limiting practical applications. To explore transition migration propylene polymerization, as‐synthesized PP granules are extracted with polar solvent (ethanol) nonpolar ( n ‐hexane) respectively. The extracts quantitatively analyzed 1 H NMR technique. results demonstrate that donors low‐molecular‐weight oligomers could be removed both solvents, while metal‐containing species only ethanol after deactivation. A secondary extraction is proposed to open a new idea for manufacturing ultra‐clean specific high‐technology
