Protein imaging aids diagnosis and drug development by revealing protein–drug interactions or protein levels. However, the challenges of multiple proteins, reduced sensitivity, high reliance on specific properties such as Raman peaks refractive index hinder understanding. Here, we introduce multiprotein colorful through signal classification. Our method utilized machine learning-assisted classification signals, which are distinctive features label-free proteins. As a result, three types proteins could be imaged simultaneously. In addition, quantify individual from mixture over wide detection range (10 fg/mL–1 μg/mL). These results showed 1000-fold improvement in sensitivity 30-fold increase upper limit compared to existing methods. advances will enhance our understanding biology facilitate disease diagnoses treatments.
