Due to their importance in natural products, organic synthesis, life science, and pharmaceuticals, reliable methods for the synthesis of chiral amines are urgently required. Here this contribution, dual catalytic method has been established enantioselective reaction terminal alkynes, aldehydes, affording optically active propargylic with a decent enantioselectivity broad substrate scope. These have demonstrated as platform molecules syntheses different types amines. By applying protocol, asymmetric total two linear monoamine (S)-5 (S)-11, which were isolated from marine cyanobacteria Microcoleus lyngbyaceus, realized. The envisioned ion pair, boosted greatly, other key intermediates successfully characterized by MS studies.
