A
TBN-enabled

1-nitromethyltetrahydroisoquinolines
was
realized,
constructing
a
series
multifunctionalized
isoxazole
and
isoxazoline
skeletons
in
the
presence
alkynes
alkenes,
respectively.
Various
functional
groups
were
smoothly
tolerated,
mechanistic
study
revealed
that
construction
rings
is
mediated
by
situ
generated
nitrile
oxides.
