To achieve the effective regulation of organic room temperature phosphorescence (RTP) in supramolecular systems, elucidation host-guest interactions RTP is vital importance. Herein, we employed two dyes (PYCl and PYBr) their four complexes with CB[6] CB[7] explored mechanism interaction induced enhancement using quantum mechanics/molecular mechanics (QM/MM) approach. As popular materials, organic room-temperature phosphorescent (RTP) materials have been studied and developed in many fields. RTP the characteristics of a high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) reactive oxygen species (ROS) quantum yield, which can achieve clear bioimaging efficient ability anti-tumor antibacterial, received extensive attention from researchers for imaging, tumor therapy, antibacterial treatment. Moreover, owing to their flexible molecular structures various synthesis systems methods, it may be possible design synthesize according individual physiologic environments patients medical applications, making more accurate greatly improving bacterial killing rates. So they great development potential field.
