Abstract Spurred by the global pandemic, research in health monitoring has pivoted towards development of smart garments, enabling long-term tracking individuals’ cardiovascular continuously electrocardiogram (ECG) and detecting any abnormality signal morphology. Many types dry electrodes have been proposed as alternatives to gold standard Ag/AgCl wet electrodes, they integrated into clothes capable acquiring only a limited number different ECG traces. This limitation severely diminishes diagnostic utility collected data obstructs garment’s potential for clinical-level evaluation. Here, we demonstrate special upper armband with glove component which houses graphene-textile where fully mobile, exploring electrode located at index finger enables user strategically position on-demand desired body areas measure traces that are bipolar limb unipolar chest leads. Based on measurements without employing well-known Wilson Central Terminal (WCT) arrangement, correlation ratio leads acquired graphene textile-based both “WCT-less” configuration reach up %99.65; %99.54 when utilized “with WCT” while graphene-based configuration. To authors’ best knowledge, this study reports first multilead “touch-and-measure” recording from wearable textile garment. Moreover, owing human-centered design, achieved more than three-fold reduction count 10 clinical practice down 3.
