Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) is a widely used engineering plastic in orthopedic and dental implants, but its bioinertness leads to poor bone integration. To overcome this, sulfonation treatment was applied PEEK first create rough, microporous surface enhancing cellular adherence Subsequently, amorphous magnesium phosphate (AMP) nanosheets were produced through microwave-assisted synthesis, hydroxyapatite (HA) generated using bionic solution hydrothermal method. Moreover, antimicrobial evaluations against E. coli S. aureus highlight potential composite preventing implant-related infections. The AMP/HA sulfonated emerges as potent method for osteointegration antibacterial properties, offering promising approach improve repair efficiency clinical applications.
