Halide
perovskites
are
an
emerging
family
of
piezoelectric
and
ferroelectric
materials.
These
materials
can
exist
in
bulk,
single-crystal,
thin-film
forms.
In
this
article,
we
review
the
charge
coefficient
(dij)
single
crystals,
thin
films,
dimension-tuned
halide
based
on
different
measurement
methods.
Our
study
finds
that
bulk
single-crystal
samples
is
mainly
measured
using
quasi-static
(Berlincourt)
method,
though
piezoforce
microscopy
(PFM)
method
also
heavily
used.
case
samples,
dominantly
by
PFM
technique.
The
reported
values
dij
coefficients
comparable
even
better
some
cases
compared
to
existing
such
as
PZT
PVDF.
Finally,
discuss
promising
emergence
methods
for
well.
