ABSTRACT Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) are that detach from the primary site and enter bloodstream. They hold significant value for early detection, diagnosis, treatment of tumors. CTC detection methods can be classified into in vivo vitro techniques. Compared to traditional methods, causes less harm body allows earlier identification malignant tumors, thereby enabling timely improving patient survival rates. In recent years, has been widely used assess effectiveness immunotherapy. Dynamic monitoring CTCs help optimize clinical strategies. This review summarizes latest discusses their applications immunotherapy various common aiming provide better guidance support practice.
