Objective: Malnutrition prevalence is approximately 40-50% in hospitalized patients, especially patients followed at internal medicine clinics who have polymorbidities and are increased risk of malnutrition. The aim this study was to determine awareness among research assistants regarding the assessment malnutrition, sarcopenia, dysphagia, which frequently observed attending clinics. Materials Methods:A questionnaire consisting nine questions applied Etlik City Hospital Internal Medicine asistants agreed participate survey based on previous studies conducted by researchers. Results: Forty-four (86.3%) thought that they were insufficiently knowledgeable about nutrition management.Twenty-two (43.1%) participants stated regularly evaluated nutritional status every older patient a hospital setting.2% (n=1) 5.9% (n=3) participants, respectively, performed valid tests for malnutrition dysphagia screening, did not report using any reliable screen sarcopenia.Retrospectively, 35.3%, 47.1%, 52.9% those surveyed routinely or sarcopenia.Research divided into two groups their profession time. There no difference knowledge, sarcopenia screening between groups. We found knowledge residents inadequate. Conclusion:Nutritional interventions require multidisciplinary work, all healthcare professionals should increase routine clinical practice.

Abstract Solar hydrogen production using photoelectrochemical (PEC) cells requires the selection of cost‐effective materials with high photoactivity and durability. CuBi 2 O 4 photocathodes possess an appropriate bandgap for efficient production. However, their performance is limited by poor charge transport interface voids formed due to porous structure during annealing, which complicates deposition passivation overlayers. To address this, effective suppression in essential. Here, study proposes strategic use Sb‐Cu buffer layer a uniform (111) crystal orientation prior electrodeposition Cu‐Bi‐O. This facilitates 2D film growth electrodeposition, enhancing Cu supply via out‐diffusion from annealing. Moreover, promotes crystallization , significantly improving efficiency. By incorporating Al‐ZnO/TiO overlayer, achieves photocurrent 2.56 mA cm −2 at 0 V RHE onset potential 1.04 excellent stability exceeding 60 hours. In glycerol oxidation reaction coupled production, unassisted PEC cell BiVO photoanode demonstrates highest H (750.5 µmol ) among Cu‐based ternary oxides, 97% Faradaic efficiency over 20 hours while producing DHA, formic acid.
