The clinical application of tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) is rapidly growing and has emerged as a cornerstone in the treatment both solid tumors hematologic malignancies. However, resistance to TKI targets disease progression remain inevitable. Nanocarrier-mediated delivery promising strategy overcome limitations application.
