Hydrogen doping using existing natural gas pipelines is a promising solution for hydrogen transportation. A large number of non-metallic seals are currently used in long-distance pipelines. Compared with metallic seals, have the advantages corrosion resistance, light weight, and easy processing, which can improve safety economy In order to ensure long-term safe use hydrogen-doped pipelines, this paper selects commonly carries out sealing test, aging anti-explosion test on under conditions different ratios. At same time, combined actual working pipeline, external environment, other factors, applicability evaluation index system was established, model based physical chemical properties, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, structural entropy weight method developed applied field. The results show that result nitrile rubber soft 1.7845, graphite-polytetrafluoroethylene material hard 1.5988, both them at good level. This provides technical support judging strategies selection materials

Accurately assessing the adsorption and diffusion behaviors of H2, CH4, their mixtures are essential for estimating underground hydrogen storage (UHS). This understanding is critical safe efficient H2 in depleted shale gas reservoirs. Although kerogen has been extensively studied, adsorption-induced swelling remains unexplored UHS. In this study, we investigate mechanisms using Lagrangian Eulerian approaches analyze through molecular simulations. Our results reveal that presence cushion gases like which exhibit stronger than neglecting deformation can lead to an underestimation capacity by approximately 40%. Furthermore, increasing pressure makes behavior deviate from consistent trend observed with either or contracting depending on pore size. Simulations also predict self-diffusion coefficient porous 1 order magnitude higher CH4. These findings highlight importance incorporating flexibility into modeling UHS involving multiple species improve accuracy safety operations
