A
fiber-reinforced
SPR
sensor
based
on
silver-nucleated
gold-shell
bimetallic
nanoparticles
and
graphene
oxide
was
developed
applied
to
human
IgG
detection.
The
refractive
index
(RI)
sensitivity
of
the
Ag@Au/GO
fiber
is
as
high
4715.9
nm/RIU
in
RI
range
1.333–1.365.
Staphylococcus
aureus
protein
(SPA)
can
specifically
recognize
bind
fragment
crystallizable
(Fc)
antibody;
it
facilitates
highly
targeted
immobilization
antibody.
SPA
rabbit
anti-human
were
immobilized
surface
for
detection
different
concentrations
with
a
0.53
nm/μg/mL
limits
0.037
μg/mL.
This
biosensor
mixed
structure
GO
Ag@Au
combined
common
advantages
two
materials.
Therefore,
our
study
provides
simple
platform
biological
analysis
has
good
application
prospect.

Nowadays,
due
to
improvements
in
living
standards,
more
attention
is
reserved
all-around
disease
prevention
and
health
care.
In
particular,
research
efforts
have
been
made
for
developing
novel
methods
treatments
anti-cancer
therapy.
Self-powered
nanogenerators
emerged
recent
years
as
an
attractive
cost-effective
technology
harvest
energy
or
biosensing
applications.
Bioelectronic
can
be
used
inducing
tissue
recovery
treating
human
illness
through
electrical
stimulation.
However,
there
still
a
lack
of
comprehensive
cognitive
assessment
these
devices
platforms,
especially
regarding
which
requirements
must
satisfied
working
principles
transduction
adopted
effectively
the
body.
This
review
covers
most
advances
bioelectronic
therapy,
based
on
different
transducing
strategies
(photodynamic
drug
delivery,
stimulation,
atomic
nanogenerators,
etc.),
potential
mechanisms
repair
promotion
are
discussed.
The
prospective
challenges
finally
summarized
with
indication
future
outlook.
