Chiral covalent organic frameworks (CCOFs), built by the condensation reactions of building blocks with enantiomeric purity and linking subunits, have emerged as a marvelous category porous crystalline material. In addition to stability good porosity, CCOFs possess remarkable enantioselectivity, which would be exploited for asymmetric catalysis chiral separation. β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) its derivatives, group supramolecules hydrophobic cavity, been widely applied molecular specific recognitions. this work, β-CD framework (COF) was construct stationary phase (CSP) drugs analysis first time. We fabricated COF via reaction heptakis(6-amino-6-deoxy)-β-CD terephthalaldehyde at room temperature. COF-modified capillary columns were subsequently prepared photopolymerization method shortened time separation on electrochromatography resolution repeatability. Baseline six enantiomers achieved precisions (relative standard deviations) intraday, interday, column-to-column <2.1%, 4.5%, 7.3%, respectively. The results reveal that CCOFs-coated show great prospect chromatographic drugs.
