Ti3C2Tx (MXene) nanosheets have been widely noticed and investigated by researchers as a strategy to enhance the anticorrosive properties of epoxy resin (EP) coatings, but their proclivity accumulate poor compatibility with matrix limit further application. In this paper, MXene was modified using simple one-pot synthesis (3-glycidoxypropyl)trimethoxysilane surface modifier, EP composite coatings were prepared (M-MX) fillers. Compared MXene, M-MX has better dispersion in coating, which can effectively property coating. Among all coating containing 1 wt % showed best effect after immersion 3.5 NaCl solution for 21 days. The results salt spray testing corrosion product analysis indicated that trend resistance different < 0.5M-MX 1MX 2M-MX 1M-MX. According density functional theory molecular dynamics calculations, able block corrosive medium coatings. Also, dispersed more uniformly made system compact, prolonged penetration paths medium, slowed down diffusion thus provided excellent properties.
