Underwater areas have harsh environments with poor light, limited visibility, and high levels of noise. Humans a weak perception position, surroundings, exterior information when staying underwater, which makes it difficult for humans to carry out complex underwater tasks, such as rescue, observation, construction. Wearable devices shown good results in enhancing human sensory function on land, thus they could potentially play role ability. This perspective aims analyze the state-of-the-art wearable systems enhancement. work discusses core technology challenges perceptual enhancement, including navigation, environment reconstruction, sensorial delivery. Future research focus designing waterproof flexible human-machine interfaces sensing feedback, exploiting advanced sensors fusion algorithms positioning, studying multimodal interaction strategies systems.
