ABSTRACT Eutectic gels have great advantages in the application of flexible wearable electronic devices due to their good stability and flexibility. However, adhesion properties current eutectic are poor processing process is complicated. Based on this, this study proposed a gel with excellent that can be photocurable for 3D printing. We designed polymerizable deep solvent (PDES) using acrylic acid as main monomer, acid/choline chloride (AA/ChCl) solvent, dopamine‐grafted cellulose nanocrystals (DC) nanoscale crosslinking agent. The introduction DC endows denser hydrogen bond network, which effectively provide energy dissipation improve mechanical gel. mussel‐inspired dopamine into network gives adhesion. low freezing point volatility PDES give resistance long‐term storage stability. Furthermore, has sensitivity factor up 9.5 (at 0%–900% strain), showing strain sensing performance. In addition, not only realize customization various complex structures through digital light (DLP) printing technology, but also manufactured complete accurate signals human body. Therefore, combination multi‐performance compatible materials technology will new idea design manufacture devices.

Abstract Over the past two decades, deep eutectic solvents (DESs) have captured significant attention as an emergent class of that unique properties and applications in differing fields chemistry. One area where DES systems find utility is design polymeric gels, often referred to “eutectogels,” which can be prepared either using a replace traditional solvent, or monomers form part themselves. Due extensive network intramolecular interactions (e.g., hydrogen bonding) ionic species exist systems, eutectogels possess appealing material properties—high adhesive strength, tuneable viscosity, rapid polymerization kinetics, good conductivity, well high strength flexibility. In addition, non‐covalent crosslinking approaches are possible due inherent these materials. This review considers several key eutectogels, including organic electronics, wearable sensor technologies, 3D printing resins, adhesives, range various biomedical applications. The design, synthesis, discussed, addition advantages this synthetic approach comparison gel design. Perspectives on future directions field also highlighted.

ABSTRACT Polyacrylate was widely used in textiles, leather, and functional coatings due to its excellent film formation flexibility. However, durability compromised by mechanical damage poor water resistance. This study aimed design a UV‐induced self‐healing polyacrylate coating (PXD) using vinyl‐modified coumarin acrylate monomers based on photoreversible covalent hydrophobic interactions. The effect of the structure properties systematically examined. Results showed that increasing polymer chain flexibility, extending distance between structures main chain, raising healing temperature enhanced efficiency. PXD samples achieved over 84% efficiency after 8 h 365 nm UV irradiation at 60°C, with scratches approximately 15 μm wide nearly fully healed within 2 h. Molecular dynamics simulations confirmed influence monomer mechanism clarified. PXD‐5 also exhibited improved hydrophobicity resistance, particularly under light, significantly enhancing leather durability. development represents significant advancement materials.
