Abstract A broad range of chemical transformations driven by catalytic processes necessitates the electron transfer between catalyst and substrate. The redox cycle limitation arising from inequivalent donation acceptance involved catalysts, however, generally leads to their deactivation, causing substantial economic losses environmental risks. Here, a “non‐redox catalysis” strategy is provided, wherein units are constructed atomic Fe B as dual active sites create tensile force electric field, which allows directional self‐decomposition peroxymonosulfate (PMS) molecules through internal form singlet oxygen, bypassing need PMS. proposed approach with non‐redox cycling contributes excellent stability centers while generated reactive oxygen species find high efficiency in long‐term pollutant degradation selective organic oxidation synthesis aqueous phase. This work offers new avenue for substrate conversion, holds promise advance design alternative pathways sustainable energy conversion valuable production.
