Characterisation of the electronic properties halide perovskites is often a dilemma for researchers. Many data analysis methods most common techniques in semiconductor device physics have small validity window or are generally only applicable to classical doped semiconductors. As alternative approaches prohibitively complicated and require numerical simulations ionic charge carriers, performed qualitatively comparatively.
