Understanding the ecotoxicity potential of heavily used herbicides such as glyphosate, glufosinate, and aminomethylphosphonic acid (AMPA) is critically dependent on analytical analysis quantification. This study investigated techniques for enhancing sample matrix enrichment, optimizing acquisition protocols, determining limits detection quantitation through offline solid-phase extraction coupled with liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), aiming to increase selectivity sensitivity. The most effective elution solution recovery all analytes from sorbent was 100% MeOH using an Oasis MCX cartridge. effect flow rate at 0.3 mL/min volume 2 mL had a proportional after solid phase extraction. use optimized experimental conditions resulted in about 80-95% analytes. simple efficient LC-MS/MS method routine testing glyphosate AMPA water will enhance environmental public health studies usage, drift, exposure these pesticides.
