Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) technology has been revived and developed with the introduction of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), while more valuable properties MOFs for SERS substrates remain largely unexplored. This work constructed a new substrate Fe3O4@UiO-66(Zr)@Ag nanoparticles (FUAs) excellent detection sensitivity, uniformity, reproducibility stability, exhibiting high enhancement factor (5.62 × 106), low limit (LOD, 2.11 10-11 M) RSD (12.41 %) 4-NBT, maintaining 81 % activity within 60 days. The FUAs took full advantage strong affinity UiO-66(Zr) organophosphorus pesticides (OPs) to realize trace OPs detection. LODs phoxim, triazophos methyl parathion in apple juice were 0.041, 0.021 0.0031 mg/L, respectively, good linearities ranging from 0.02 or 0.1-50 meeting requirements food control standards, indicating that potentials prospects detecting foods.

The use of nanotechnology to suppress crop diseases has attracted significant attention in agriculture. present study investigated the antifungal mechanism by which aloe vera extract gel-biosynthesized (AVGE) selenium nanoparticles (Se NPs) suppressed Fusarium-induced wilt disease lettuce (Lactuca sativa). AVGE Se NPs were synthesized utilizing sodium selenite as a source and biocompatible capping reducing agent. Over 21 d, 2.75% total was dissolved into ions, more than 8-fold greater that bare (0.34%). Upon exposure soil applied at 50 mg/kg, fresh shoot biomass significantly increased 61.6 27.8% over infected control NPs, respectively. As compared control, levels citrate, isocitrate, succinate, malate, 2-oxo-glutarate upregulated 0.5–3-fold affected both NPs. In addition, level khelmarin D, type coumarin, 4.40- 0.71-fold controls Additionally, showed upregulation jasmonic acid downregulation abscisic content relative diseased shoots. Moreover, diversity bacterial endophytes with values Shannon index 40.2 9.16% Collectively, these findings highlight potential an effective strategy for nanoenabled sustainable protection.
