Monitoring of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) is important in many fields. MXene, a class two-dimensional materials, exhibits significant potential for high-sensitivity VOCs detection owing to its high specific surface area and abundant functional groups. However, MXene layers tend restack or aggregate practical applications due van der Waals forces hydrogen bonding, which leads decrease compared theoretical performance. One-dimensional (1D) carbon nanotube (CNT)/two-dimensional (2D) mixed-dimensional heterostructures have been proven be effective improving catalytic efficiency battery Therefore, this study, CNT (Nb2CTx) are constructed as hybrids, effectively reduced the layers, thereby increasing available binding. The sensitivity hybrids ethanol acetone 3.9 5.6 times higher than that pristine Nb2CTx, respectively. In addition, sensor based on Nb2CTx/CNT shows response variety good stability. It an method take advantage low-dimensional materials by constructing heterostructures.
