(EVs),

types,

cancer
therapy.

advancements

research
field,

EV-based
treatment
strategies
to
guide
application.

engineering
methods
improve
drug

delivery;
3)
targeting
key
molecules
tumor-derived
(TDE)
synthesis
inhibit
production;

from
tumor
microenvironment.

review

antitumor

via
