The magnetic mesoporous hydrogel-based nanoadsornet was prepared by adding the ex situ Fe3O4 nanoparticles (MNPs) and bentonite clay into three-dimentional (3D) cross-linked pectin hydrogel substrate for adsorption of organophosphorus chlorpyrifos (CPF) pesticide crystal violet (CV) organic dye. Different analytical methods were utilized to confirm structural features. Based on obtained data, zeta potential nanoadsorbent in deionized water with a pH 7 - 34.1 mV, surface area measured be 68.90 m2/g. novelty owes possessing reactive functional group containing heteroatom, porous structure that aids convenient contaminants molecules diffusion interactions between contaminants, viz., CPF CV. main driving forces Pectin hydrogel@Fe3O4-bentonite adsorbent are electrostatic hydrogen-bond interactions, which resulted great capacity. Cellulose-mediated successfully removed various wastewater, including dyes, oil, organic solvents, pesticides, Thus, PSA would support biological processes plants. PSA-mediated bio-adsorbents, like clay polymeric hydrogel beads, efficiently remove antibiotics ensuring quality ecosystem balance.
