This paper focuses on utilizing Electroencephalography (EEG) signals and machine learning techniques in developing an objective stress assessment framework. The study aimed to investigate the correlation between EEG Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) by data segmentation technique. PSS scores are employed record perceived levels of individuals. These serve as basis for categorizing into three classes: i) two class: stressed non-stressed ii) stressed, mildly non-stressed, iii) four highly moderately non-stressed. recordings captured from 40 participants using 4 channels Inter axon Muse headband, equipped with dry electrodes. is segmented units 10 seconds. processed extract five feature sets including Power Spectrum, Rational Asymmetry, Differential Correlation Spectral Density. success accessed classifiers (Naive Bayes, Support Vector Machine, Logistic Regression, Simple Random Tree, K-Nearest Neighbor, Bagging, Forest, Multilayer Perceptron, AdaBoost). highest accuracies achieved two-, three-, four-class classification 91.52%, 88.47%, 87.36%, respectively. obtained Adaboost classifier two-class classification, Forest three-class again classification. findings underline importance chosen features increasing prediction accuracy while contributing existing knowledge detection Signals.

Herein bimetallic nanocomposites Ag with nickel and cobalt were synthesized by using the extract of W. coagulans. Nanocomposites synthesis confirmed UV-Visible at 430 nm for 504 Ag@Ni Ag@Co respectively. From XRD technique it was established that have crystalline nature face-centered cubic structure. A strong antibacterial behavior toward Gram-positive Bacteria Staphylococcus aureus 48.9% 32.1% inhibition Gram-negative bacteria E. coli 33.1% 25.7% zone observed Next composites exhibited electrifying 90.2% 82% degradation against methyl orange (MO) through photocatalysis. Furthermore, showed efficient adsorption capacity heavy metal (lead) pH 7 within 45 min 90% adsorptive removal lead ions from water significant antioxidant potential. The current finding suggested, silver-based as an appropriate promising candidate catalytic potentials toxic pollutants.

Abstract The aim of current study was to prepared zinc oxide nanofertilzers by ecofriendly friendly, economically feasible, free chemical contamination and safe for biological use. focused on crude extract Withania coagulans as reducing agent the green synthesis ZnO nano-particles. Biosynthesized NPs were characterized UV–Vis spectroscopy, XRD, FTIR GC–MS analysis. However, Nano fertilizer used analyze responses induced different doses [0, 25, 50,100, 200 mg/l Zn acetate (100 mg/l)] in Triticum aestivum (wheat). stimulatory inhibitory effects foliar application studied wheat ( ) with aspect biomass accumulation, morphological attributes, biochemical parameters anatomical modifications. Wheat plant showed significant p < 0.01) enhancement growth upon exposure at specific concentrations. In addition, increase chlorophyll content, carotenoids, carbohydrate protein contents. Antioxidant enzyme (POD, SOD, CAT) total flavonoid content also confirmed nurturing impact plant. Increased stem, leaf root parameters, all mitigating capacity when applied wheat. According research, might be growth, yield, biofortification plants.

In this current investigation, we elucidated the microwave-assisted green synthesis of 90:10, 80:20, and 70:30 CuO–Co3O4 nanocomposites (NCs) from Ipomoea carnea leaf extract, manifesting their remarkable antibacterial, photocatalytic, antioxidant capabilities. The spectroscopic techniques XRD, SEM, EDX, TEM, FTIR, UV–visible spectroscopy were employed to validate formation synthesized NCs. SEM TEM images revealed distinctive snowball-rod distorted spherical structures in nanocomposites, with average particle sizes 33.36, 26.17, 29.10 nm. estimated energy band gap values 1.20, 1.40, 1.50 eV for respective nanocomposites. well diffusion method was utilized explore zone inhibition (ZOI) against bacteria, namely Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli. specifically 90:10 80:20 blends, exhibited a noteworthy Zone Inhibition during testing B. approximate 34.76 ± 0.23 33.33 0.32 mm, respectively. Furthermore, photocatalytic potential has been investigated dyes Malachite (MG) Congo red (CR). Notably, NCs displayed an exceptional photodegradation rate 97.69 % MG 95 CR within mere 45 minutes. Moreover, commendable radical scavenging activity approximately 97.53 at concentration 800 μg/mL, while ascorbic acid, used as standard, 98.63 %. These investigations unveil environmentally friendly, innovative, cost-effective attributes derived which demonstrated excellent properties.
