Dynamic shifts in climatic patterns increase soil salinity and boron levels, which are the major abiotic factors that affect plant growth secondary metabolism. The present study assessed role of regulators, including biochar (5 g kg–1) gallic acid (GA, 2 mM), altering leaf morpho-anatomical physiological responses Solanum melongena L. exposed to (25 mg stresses (150 mM NaCl). These regulators enhanced fresh weight (LFW) (70%), dry (LDW) (20%), area (LA), index (LAI) (85%), moisture content (LMC) (98%), relative water (RWC) (115%) under stresses. Soil quality and health, in the environment of agrarian ecosystems, pose significant enterprises due to environmental decline overreliance on chemical inputs. To address this challenge, there is a pressing need borrow incorporate an approach that combines both organic inorganic sources plant enriched. In pursuit objective, field trial was led rabi season 2023 evaluate synergistic effect mineral nutrient soil characteristics growth yield wheat crops. The experimental design featured four distinct treatments planned randomized complete block (RCBD), each with replicates. These involved application poultry manure at varying rates: T1 0 ton ha-1, T2 4 T3 6 T4 8 ha-1. chosen variety for cultivation Benazir. Notably, treatment involving 650 kg ha-1 alongside half recommended dose fertilizer (Treatment 4) yielded most promising results. This crop maximum height 73 cm, average 14 tillers per plant, spike length 12.51 impressive grain 3268 increased by 11.4% over control treatment. Consequently, study's findings suggest farmers may benefit from adopting practice applying combination quantity fertilizer.
