<div class="section abstract"><div class="htmlview paragraph">Vehicle occupant protection remains a critical concern in the field of crashworthiness technology. When integrated into polymer nanocomposites, natural fibres like sisal offer high strength-to-weight ratio that can contribute to effective energy absorption during collisions. However, these fibers present challenges, such as poor hydrophilicity and moisture retention. This study employs compression molding techniques create hybrid composites fibers, epoxy, titanium oxide nano fillers. We particularly investigate how fiber orientation concentration fillers optimize mechanical thermal properties, thereby enhancing features. Our findings demonstrate incorporation epoxy matrix significantly influence composite's characteristics. Composites reinforced with continuous exhibited an 11%-18% increase impact strength compared those randomized fibers. Additionally, 3% improvement hardness was recorded for same comparison. In context fillers, 8 wt.% added woven resulted peak tensile 81.25 MPa. 6 composite reached 31.58 J showed enhanced properties. These improvements properties are crucial dispersion, key factors vehicular crashes. <div class="section abstract"><div class="htmlview paragraph">This research investigates the development of a heat pipe exchanger coated with graphene for cooling and purification automobile exhausts. The directly affects performance engine because proper dissipation transfer can improve performance, reduce fuel consumption, decrease emission. Moreover, this effect is much more noticeable on pipes enhanced thermal conductivity mechanical properties films.
