Abstract Titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) nanoparticles were prepared through Rosmarinus-officinalis leaf extracts at 90 and 200°C. In this research, the degradations of methylene blues by using TiO Sun light radiations studied. The synthesized materials characterized XRDs, UV-Vis, PL, SEM, TEM, EDS XPS. results displayed that bio-synthesis temperatures intrude shapes sizes nanoparticles. For -90, micrographs show separable crystalline with irregular morphologies agglomerate cubic particles. other -200 sample, SEM TEM micro-imaging shows crumbly agglomerated structures. XRD intense peaks observed angles 25.37°, 37.19°, 47.81° 53.89° confirming a highly oriented as (004), (200), (105) planes respectively. optical properties TiO2 conveyed PL UV-Vis. energy band gap calculated was 3.0 eV for both samples; indicates heating temperature didn’t influence samples. elemental composition Ti O is shown Photo-catalytic experiments discovered -90 well-organized in photo-degradations MB, likened to -200. great activities because better physicochemical characteristics associated effectively degrading MB under photo-light. Photo-degradations dye sunlight plentifully obtainable sources , simpler techniques, can be hopeful grow an eco-friendly economical process.

Abstract Recently, dermal infections caused by fungus have increased drastically, affecting people’s daily lives and causing embarrassment. These are either due to dermatophytes or non-dermatophytic fungi. Basically, three genera of namely Trichophyton, Microsporum Epidermohyton the main cause dermatophytosis. Candida albicans is also responsible for some as a fungus. Traditional antifungal compounds side effects resistance in fungi, so better non-toxic alternatives needed. Now day’s, nanotechnology widely used pharmaceutical field has proven be good agent. This study TiO 2 nanoparticles (NPs) against four human pathogens Trichophyton rubrum, mentagrophytes, gypseum, albicans. Green chemical synthesis methods were nanoparticles. In green synthesis, we aqueous leaf extract Pogostemon cablin Benth. The formation confirmed UV-visible spectroscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Transmission (TEM), Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) X-ray Diffraction (XRD) analysis. According XRD, average size chemically synthesized was 70.52 nm, while 71.82 nm. All characterizations support that can synthesize minimum inhibitory concentration determined according broth microdilution recommended assay. concluded NPs showed results all pathogens.

This research work is aimed at green synthesis with sustainability towards the production of copper (Cu)-Based Metal Organic Framework (MOF) and their doping in titanium dioxide (TiO₂) nanoparticles synthesized using a natural reductant stabilizer, Cinnamomum verum (C. verum) bark extract. It an eco-friendly technique because bioactive compounds such as flavonoids polyphenols present C. help reduce stabilize metal ions, thus replacing toxic chemicals. The Cu-doped TiO₂ nanocomposites are found to absorb increased visible light owing reduced bandgap from doping, observed by UV-Vis Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy (UV-DRS). scanning electron microscopy energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy analysis indicates that distribution Cu matrix uniform, which offers structural stability functional efficacy. Well-diffusion experiments on antimicrobial studies reveal produced this process have excellent activity, especially Staphylococcus aureus. attributed photoinduced generation ROS, can break cell walls interfere microbial metabolism. for Cu-TiO2 nanocomposite totally compliance chemistry principles produces having strong photocatalytic action. These results outline grand potential methods-prepared be used coatings, environmental remediation, much more - opening promising route sustainable nanotechnology development.

The green synthesis of metal oxide nanoparticles (NPs) offers an alternative to chemical procedures, which can be harmful human health due exposure hazardous substances and harsh conditions. following work synthesized titanium dioxide (TiO2 NPs) using a method. As precursor, food-grade TiO2 was used with blueberry extract. This approach makes the process safer, cheaper, simpler, requiring minimal effort achieve effective NP synthesis. characterization performed by solid-state techniques, such as Ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM). According XRD diffractograms, NPs were obtained in anatase phase incidence peaks 25.28 (101). TEM confirmed their pseudo-spherical shape average size 170 nm. 3.2 eV bandgap enables UV absorption, making them ideal for efficient photocatalytic degradation under sunlight. On other hand, activity examined malachite (MG) dye pollutant model direct After 30 min, 94% achieved. kinetic analysis identified parabolic diffusion modified-Freundlich kinetics primary mechanisms, emphasizing adsorption transfer. main reactive oxygen species (ROS) involved photodegradation MG h+ OH•.
