ABSTRACT
The
present
work
focuses

Annona
muricata
leaf
extract–mediated
green
synthesis
of
pure
and
nickel‐doped
tin
oxide
nanoparticles
for
3%,
5%
7%
concentrations.

spectroscopy

XPS
results
demonstrate

oxidation
states.
EDX
spectra
contain
Ni,
elements,
which
indicate
purity
samples.
absorption
spectrum
shows
decreases
in
optical
energy
bandgap
increases

dopant
concentration.
