Despite widespread interest in nanoscale pillar structures for various optical devices, including solar cells, photonic crystal lasers, and sensors, the critical challenges mass production are high equipment costs limited scalability of traditional manufacturing methods. To overcome these hurdles, this study develops a simple highly scalable etch-mask superposition technique based on thermally assisted nanotransfer printing (T-nTP) Cr line patterns. The orthogonal linear mask patterns creates double-height cross-point arrays that effectively selectively protect underlying SiO

Herein, we report for the first time biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using leaf extracts Chaenomeles Lindl. (Rosaceae) plants and its spectral characteristics, as well antifungal antibacterial activity. Phytosynthesis on base aqueous plant nitrate solution was carried out by an ecofriendly cost-effective approach. UV-Vis spectroscopy applied to validate plant-mediated AgNPs colloidal solutions Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) bands in region 450–500 nm, characteristic polycrystalline nanoparticles. Scanning microscopy (SEM) revealed a wide variation range 5–58 nm close spherical shape plant-derived AgNPs. Raman scattering suitability biosynthesized substrates surface-enhanced (SERS) with highest efficiency AgNPs, from extract Ch. × superba, which enhanced Rhodamine 6G dye at concentration 10–7 M. Assay activity performed diffusion method dose-dependent effect all against phytopathogenic fungus Fusarium culmorum. The most effective (Ch. speciosa-AgNPs, cathayensis-AgNPs, japonica-AgNPs) achieved 1.42–1.63 times greater zone inhibition F. culmorum colonies’ growth compared corresponding doses known chemical fungicide "Quadris". Micro preparations zones incomplete presented changes mycelium morphology due action nanoparticles, such deformation (curvature, expansion), decrease hyphae length density control sample. Disc-diffusion assay showed notable species-specific both Gram-negative (Klebsiella pneumoniae) Gram-positive (Staphylococcus aureus) strains. Summarizing, results indicate undeniable genus species successful many useful properties, whose diverse applications require further research.
