Foamed geopolymer materials are increasingly studied due to their inherent fire resistance. To date, these have primarily been produced by casting into moulds, with foaming occurring during mixing or within the shortly before setting. For practical applications, however, it is advantageous apply directly onto surfaces complex geometries. Although several techniques for spraying described in literature, many exhibit limitations that restrict implementation. This study presents a novel technology developed on dedicated process line, enabling situ dosing of agent immediately application. The system integrates infrared heating ensure controlled curing geopolymer. paper outlines design line and its core functionalities while presenting selected results material tests conducted obtained coatings. Tests performed approximately 200 m2 surface confirmed functionality process. thermal conductivity sprayed foams was about 0.07 W/m-K. inclusion phase-change (PCM) geopolymers further enhanced ability store regulate energy. adhesion strength results, consistently exceeding 1 MPa across various substrates (steel, geopolymer, gypsum board), suitability proposed solution. also demonstrated homogeneous foamed structure obtained.
