Enzyme catalysis applications are limited because of their poor stability under extreme conditions. Using metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) as enzyme immobilization carriers efficiently solves this problem. However, MOFs easily agglomerate, difficult to recover a crystalline powder, and can only be used continuous stirring, resulting in low reaction efficiencies. The use immobilized enzymes for fluid improve catalytic efficiency remains challenging. At the same time, spatial division most porous materials is disordered, which leads mass transfer consequently rates. In context, we want construct new type reactor that problem by encapsulating then using low-cost available silk fabric load MOF enzymes. ordered structure enhances substrate transfer, thereby improving reactor. By comparing with fiber (OSCR) disordered (DSCR) crystal violet adsorption process simulations, demonstrated spaces improved through within each partition space. Finally, was biotransformation polydatin high conversion 98%, much higher than DSCR. This study revealed enormous potential reactors catalysis.

Introduction. One example of new polymers for target delivery systems are zeolites (ZEO) and zeolite imidazole frameworks (ZIF). ZEO actively used in industry, ecology, pharmacy biomedicine, having high porosity, adsorption capacity physico-chemical stability. ZIF, as a type metal-organic framework, characterized by thermal chemical resistance, biocompatibility adjustable which makes them promising drug delivery. Conclusion. shows that physical properties make it possible develop effective oncology, ophthalmology, dentistry orthopedics. Low cytotoxicity, regulated polymer pore loading effectiveness intracellular targeting confirm prospects using medicine.
