Sulfilimines
have
so
far
received
little
attention
as
a
bioisostere
for
sulfoxides
in
the
design
of
biologically
active
compounds.
A
recent
study
on
physicochemical
and
vitro
drug-like
properties
shows
that
sulfilimines
deserve
place
medicinal
chemist's
toolbox.
