ABSTRACT Deep eutectic solvents (DESs) hold the potential to serve as a sustainable and environmentally friendly substitute for supercritical fluids, ionic liquids, organic solvents. Moreover, DESs have been demonstrated assist in stabilizing structure of enzyme. The enzymatic synthesis epoxy vegetable oil DES‐system was developed this study, influence viscosity on epoxidation system investigated first time. results that value reached 8.97, double bond conversion rate 82.48%. reaction decreased from 209.32 91.35 (mPa·s). application DES confirmed through structural characterization, indicating could substitutes toxic volatile synthesizing high‐epoxide oils using an method, thus facilitating production plasticizers.
