A
chiral
ionic
organic
single-crystal
(CIOC)
was
prepared
for
the
first
time
through
self-assembly
using
bipyridium
liquid
(CIL)
and
4,4'-biphenyldisulfonic
acid
(BDA).
The
CIOC
can
be
ultrasonically
exfoliated
to
produce
two-dimensional
nanosheets
(2D-NSs).
2D-NSs
presented
enhanced
enantioseparation
compared
CIL
when
used
as
gas
chromatography
stationary
phase,
which
may
due
exhibiting
greater
exposure
of
functional
groups.
Additionally,
better
resolution
other
compounds
such
positional
isomers,

The
design
and
synthesis
of
chiral
covalent
organic
frameworks
(COFs)
with
controlled
defect
sites
are
highly
desirable
but
still
remain
largely
unexplored.
Herein,
we
report
the
a
defective
HD-TAPB-DMTP
COF
by
modifying
monomer
helicid
(HD)
into
framework
an
achiral
imine-linked
TAPB-DMTP
using
exchange
strategy.
