Fluorescence imaging in the second near-infrared window (NIR-II) is crucial for accurate tumor diagnosis, offering superior resolution and penetration capabilities. Current NIR-II probes are limited by either being "always on" or responding to one stimulus, leading low signal-to-noise ratios potential false positives. We introduced a dual-lock-controlled probe, HN-PBA, activated both H

Abstract Electron donor–acceptor (D–A) molecules are emerging tools for designing sensitive luminogens, attracting significant research attention. However, due to poor quantum yields under certain conditions, current D–A fluorophores often suffer from fluorescence quenching in practical applications. Developing new dyes and functional composites is crucial expanding their Here, a novel type flavonoid dye molecule, namely “AFL”, exhibiting both polarity‐dependent emission wavelength shift viscosity‐dependent intensity change, polarity measurement temperature sensing designed synthesized. Because the intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) can be enhanced by decrease of excited state energy caused high‐polarity organic solvents, AFL undergoes that shows color response solvents different polarities hence differentiates between them. Moreover, actual monitored as‐designed AFL@tetradecanoic acid (AFL@TA) sensor. By combining with TA, viscosity sensitively changes upon change insoluble composites, thus realizing temperature. Remarkable recyclable performance satisfactory mechanical properties integrated. This study provides promising approach developing fluorescent probe furnishes perspectives on potential such material stimuli‐responsive systems focus visualization technology.

Abstract NIR‐II imaging has the advantages of high sensitivity, spatiotemporal resolution, and penetration depth, thereby serving as a potential alternative to conventional methods. Herein, novel dye IR‐1010 ( λ ex / em = 1010/1058 nm) is reported with quantum yield (3.08%) good stability, by incorporating p‐methoxyphenyl groups into quinolinium cyanine dye. Then multifunctional nanoprobe, termed IUFP NPs , developed incorporation upconversion (UC) nanoparticles (NPs), perfluoro‐15‐crown‐5‐ether (PFCE), IR‐1010, display performance multimodal imaging. Under single‐wavelength excitation (980 nm), simultaneously emit fluorescence visible UC luminescence UCNPs, thus realize for cells, fluorescence/photoacoustic/ 19 F magnetic resonance blood vessels, lymph nodes tumor in mice. This work affords approach dyes general strategy design probes.
