Drug-resistant bacterial infections are among the most severe physiological challenges facing human health. Therefore, detection and inactivation of pathogenic bacteria remains a crucial therapeutic goal in modern society. In this study, we design multifunctional nanocomposites aimed at binding, fluorescence labeling, synergistic antibacterial treatment. These prepared by introducing cationic polymers with quaternary ammonium compounds onto silica nanoparticles using surface-initiated atom transfer radical polymerization, followed incorporation copper-doped carbon dots modification boronic acid. The polymer units acid end groups enhance binding capacity bactericidal effects cooperation dots. Due to stable fluorescent properties dots, can generate signals around bacteria, enabling imaging. Overall, study demonstrates nanocomposite-assisted strategy for imaging, deactivation, providing novel approach
