Abstract Agriculture, a cornerstone of human civilization, faces rising challenges from climate change, resource limitations, and stagnating yields. Precise crop production forecasts are crucial for shaping trade policies, development strategies, humanitarian initiatives. This study introduces comprehensive machine learning framework designed to predict production. We leverage CMIP5 projections under moderate carbon emission scenario evaluate the future suitability agricultural lands incorporate climatic data, historical trends, fertilizer usage project yield changes. Our integrated approach significant regional variations in across Southeast Asia by 2028, identifying potential cropland utilization. Specifically, area Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Viet Nam is projected decline more than 10% if no action taken, there mitigate that loss. Moreover, rice 19% 7% Thailand, while Philippines may see 5% increase compared 2021 levels. findings underscore critical impacts change activities on productivity, offering essential insights policy-making fostering international cooperation.
