Introduction: Motivation from lecturers can improve research performance supported by Good University Governance (GUG) and Supervision in carrying out Research, Revealing data on improving lecturer through motivation optimization. Objectives: The population this study is all education staff the Midwifery Department of Semarang Poltekkes, consisting 5 campuses. sampling was who had conducted multi-stage research, as many 82 people. Methods: This questionnaire an instrument for Google Forms Analysis analyzed with Path analysis. Results: significant influence GUG through. obtained a value 0.15. direct impact received effective results 0.929. indirect Lecturer Performance known to have no effect, 0.28. Gug performance. Conclusions: Provide additional theories related midwifery decision-making developing human resources universities, especially field Department.

Workplace-based supervision within human services is an organizational resource with potential to support practitioners, delivery of services, client outcomes, and organizations. However, little known about the practice in settings. This paper reports on a cross-sectional, descriptive study that explored Ontario, Canada ( N = 375). Web-based surveys were completed by frontline practitioners n 263), supervisors 85), leaders 27) employed service Descriptive statistics present broad picture supervision, differences between employee groups highlighted. A third reported their encompassed all supervisory functions (i.e., support, administration, professional development, quality care). Using MCSS-26, 46% was effective. Findings emphasize need for dedicated funding, policies, enhanced training, feedback mechanisms. Addressing these areas may improve effectiveness supporting staff well-being turn, outcomes.

Organizationally provided workplace-based supervision is important for human services as it impacts service delivery, client outcomes, and organizational efficacy. Surveying practitioners in Ontario, Canada (N = 207), this study examined the relationship between effectiveness practitioner wellness using Manchester Clinical Supervision Scale Professional Quality of Life – Health Scale, conducting a MANCOVA fitting Structural Equation Model. Of participants, 37% received effective defined by MCSS-26 developers, 40% non-effective supervision, 23% no supervision. Participants whose scores reflected experienced worst worse than Results indicate particularly strength supervisory administrative (i.e. normative) function, predicts wellness, increasing perceived support compassion satisfaction while decreasing burnout, secondary traumatic stress, moral distress. Findings emphasize need organizations to dedicate resources improve wellbeing and, turn, outcomes.

The Naturalistic Decision Making (NDM) paradigm is an emerging shift in how researchers study decision making complex, real-world situations and design supports. purpose of this scoping review was to describe the NDM applied studies mental health professionals. Six bibliographic databases were searched identify studies. Each charted for features, participant demographics, contexts, essential characteristics research. search identified 26 published from 1989 June 2023. Approximately 35% a peer-reviewed journal.
