A central goal in the field of developmental psychopathology is to evaluate complex, dynamic transactions occurring among biological, psychological, and broader social-cultural contexts that predict adaptive maladaptive outcomes across ontogeny. Here, I briefly review research on effects a history childhood maltreatment parental, child, dyadic functioning, along with more recent studies intergenerational transmission trauma. Because experience sequelae child trauma are embedded complex biopsychosocial contexts, this best conceptualized framework. Moreover, there pressing need for investigators area study adopt dynamic, multi-level perspectives as well using developmentally guided, sophisticated methods. Other directions suggested, including implementation collaborative interdisciplinary team science approaches, community-based participatory research, increase representation, inclusion, equity community stakeholders. greater focus cultural global also recommended.

Objective: Academic procrastination is a common issue among students that significantly impacts their educational outcomes. The objective of this study was to explore the impact childhood trauma on academic and examine mediating role identity crisis female high school in Karaj, Iran. This research aimed elucidate complex interrelationships between personal trauma, development, behaviors. Methods Materials: utilized descriptive correlational design, employing structural equation modeling analyze data. A total 384 from Karaj participated study. Data were collected using standardized instruments, including Childhood Trauma Questionnaire, Identity Crisis various measures related different tasks. Statistical analysis performed SmartPLS assess direct indirect relationships variables. Findings: results revealed significant effects (β = .201, p < .001) .290, .001). Furthermore, mediated relationship (indirect effect β .091, These findings underscore profound influence early adverse experiences struggles Conclusion: concludes are predictors procrastination. mediates procrastination, suggesting interventions addressing both psychological healing development could be beneficial reducing procrastinatory behaviors students.
