Over 800 million hectares of arable lands are affected by salinity in the world. In China, saline-alkali soils account for 25% farmland and underutilized. One sustainable strategy to make better use saline land is plant halophytes, salt-tolerant plants that can survive complete their life cycle media containing more than 200 mM NaCl. Halophytes have potential economic value as grain, vegetable, fruit, medicine, animal feed, biofuel feedstocks, greening coastal protection. Therefore, cultivation protection halophytes very important. past few decades, a lot work has been done on utilization soil improvement development worldwide. This article focuses distribution conditions current measures protect well application land. information helpful

Abstract Venn diagrams are widely used tools for graphical depiction of the unions, intersections and distinctions among multiple datasets, a large number programs have been developed to generate applications in various research areas. However, comprehensive review comparing these has not previously performed. In this review, we collect diagram generators (i.e. visualizing relationships input lists within diagram) application analyzing between biological data them compare their functional capacity as follows: ability high-quality diagrams; maximum datasets handled by each program; formats; output styles image formats. We also evaluate picture beautification parameters terms layout briefly describe characteristics most popular tools. Finally, discuss challenges improving provide perspective on bioinformatics. Our aim is assist users selecting suitable user-defined datasets.

Polyploidy is a major force in plant evolution and speciation. In newly formed allopolyploids, pairing between related chromosomes from different subgenomes (homoeologous chromosomes) during meiosis common. The initial stages of allopolyploid formation are characterized by spectrum saltational genomic regulatory alterations that responsible for evolutionary novelty. Here we highlight the possible effects roles recombination homoeologous early stabilization. Homoeologous exchanges (HEs) have been reported young allopolyploids across angiosperms. Although all lineages undergo karyotype change via chromosome rearrangements over time, generations after predicted to show an accelerated rate change. HEs can also cause changes allele dosage, genome-wide methylation patterns, downstream phenotypes, hence be speciation genome stabilization events. Additionally, propose fixation duplication – deletion events resulting could lead production genomes which appear mix autopolyploid segments, sometimes termed "segmental allopolyploids". We discuss implications these findings our understanding relationship instability novel polyploids evolution.
