Promoting chemical fertilizer (CF) reduction is an inevitable requirement for achieving high-quality agricultural development, and high standard farmland construction (HSFC) provides a new path promoting CF reduction. Takes the implementation of HSFC policy as starting point, this paper uses provincial panel data China from 2005 to 2017 analyze impact on its mechanism action by using continuous difference-in-difference (DID) model mediating model. The baseline regression results show that implementing has reduced amount per unit area 8.9 % average, which significant effect. analysis shows can promote improving mechanization level expanding scale operations in agriculture. heterogeneity natural geographical location dimension, effect eastern central regions more obvious; In dimension functional areas grain production, major grain-producing obvious. Therefore, future, it necessary continue vigorously give full play effective role should development large-scale operation agriculture further strengthen western region non-major areas.

The use of biodegradable materials in bone plates offers remarkable advantages; however, their application fixation is limited by brittleness. Moreover, treatments tailored to patient conditions are needed orthopedics. In this study, were fabricated with stereocomplex polylactic acid (scPLA) and the effects poly(d-lactic acid) molecular weight scPLA blending ratios analyzed. Although modulus values poly(l-lactic (PLLA) similar, strain resistance improved at higher proportions. enhanced elongation was owing presence tie molecules within as opposed single PLA chains. exhibited mechanical properties transparency optical near-infrared ranges. characterized a smaller crystallite size. These combined its biocompatibility indicate potential for various diagnostic therapeutic orthopedic applications. Comparisons commercial PLLA-based show no significant differences vivo bone-healing ability.

Malocclusion is one of the three major diseases, incidence which could reach 56% imperiled oral and systemic health in world today. Orthodontics still primary method to solve problem. However, it clear that many orthodontic complications are associated with courses long-term therapy. Photobiomodulation (PBM) therapy be used as a popular way shorten course treatment by nearly 26% 40%. In this review, efficacy cells animals, mechanisms, relevant cytokines signaling, clinical trials applications, future developments PBM orthodontics were evaluated demonstrate its validity. Simultaneously, based on mechanisms present findings, acceleration tooth movement (OTM) caused explored relation four aspects, including blood vessels, inflammatory response, collagen fibers, mineralized tissues. Osteoporosis and other degenerative bone diseases pose significant challenges to global healthcare systems due their prevalence impact on quality of life. Current treatments often alleviate symptoms without fully restoring damaged tissue, highlighting the need for innovative approaches like stem cell therapy. Adipose-derived mesenchymal cells (ADMSCs) are particularly promising accessibility, abundant supply, strong differentiation potential. However, ADMSCs tend favor adipogenic pathways, necessitating use inducers (DIs), three-dimensional (3D) hydrogel environments, photobiomodulation (PBM) achieve targeted osteogenic differentiation. This study investigated combined effects DIs, a fast-dextran matrix, PBM at specific wavelengths fluences proliferation immortalized into osteoblasts. Near-infrared (NIR) green (G) light, as well combination, were used with 3 J/cm

Among external stimuli-responsive therapy approaches, those using near infrared (NIR) light irradiation have attracted significant attention to treat bone-related diseases and bone tissue regeneration. Therefore, the development of metallic biomaterials sensitive NIR stimuli is an important area research in orthopaedics. In this study, we generated situ prism-shaped silver nanoparticles (p-AgNPs) a biomorphic nano-holed TiO2 coating on Ti6Al4V alloy (a-Ti6Al4V). Insertion p-AgNPs does not disturb periodically arranged sub-wavelength-sized unit cell a-Ti6Al4V dielectric structure, while they exacerbate its peculiar optical response, which results higher reflectivity high efficiency photothermal energy conversion suitable bacterial annihilation. Together, these open promising path toward strategic therapeutic procedures, providing novel insights into precision medicine.

Abstract Physiological processes within the human body are regulated in approximately 24‐h cycles known as circadian rhythms, serving to adapt environmental changes. Bone rhythms play pivotal roles bone development, metabolism, mineralization, and remodeling processes. exhibit cell specificity, different cells display various expressions of clock genes. Multiple factors, including light, feeding, exercise, temperature, affect diurnal through sympathetic nervous system hormones. Disruptions contribute onset skeletal disorders such osteoporosis, osteoarthritis hypoplasia. Conversely, these diseases can be effectively treated when aimed at cells, rhythmic genes drug targets. In this review, we describe unique physiological activities cells. Then summarize factors synchronizing with underlying mechanisms. Based on aim build an overall understanding new preventive therapeutic strategies for disorders.

The effective repair of bone defects has long been a major challenge in clinical practice. Currently, research efforts mostly focus on achieving sufficiently good repair, with little attention paid to both and fast repair. However, highly efficient (H-efficient) which is fast, can shorten the treatment cycle facilitate rapid patient recovery. Therefore, development H-efficient material significant importance. This study incorporated previously developed osteoinductive photothermal agent (PTA) BPICT into printing paste prepare near-infrared (NIR)-responsive scaffold. Subsequently, effects therapy (PTT) drug release were assessed vitro. To further validate properties scaffold, scaffold was implanted its ability promote vivo evaluated through radiology histopathological analysis. results indicated that compared scaffolds containing only Icaritin (ICT), achieve PTT NIR irradiation, while also enabling controlled ICT from enhance Within same observation period, achieves more than significantly shortening ensuring effectiveness NIR-responsive based PTT-mediated growth factors represents feasible solution for promoting area defects.
