The present systematic review aims to bridge the existing knowledge gap by evaluating influence of various biomarkers on initial orthodontic tooth movement in children and adults. A electronic search was conducted using relevant keywords across databases PubMed, Google Scholar, EBSCOhost identify articles published English until December 2023. "Risk Bias (ROB) Non-randomized Studies Interventions" (ROBINS-I) tool used assess risk bias, Grading Recommendations Assessment, Development Evaluation (GRADE) approach applied critically appraise quality evidence. total 10 studies were identified, all which non-randomised clinical trials that compared biomarker expression patients belonging growing age group (children, juveniles, or adolescents) adults, gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) saliva analysed ELISA method. Overall, younger consistently exhibited faster more pronounced biological responses forces, with levels peaking within first 72 hours force application.
