Genetic association studies in gout have identified genetic variants or near genes involved the biosynthesis and transport of urate immunological pathways. However, causal role remaining variants, genes, pathways is not clear. Here, we present results from a colocalization analysis gout-associated signals with metabolite quantitative trait loci (mQTL), shedding light on metabolites that are likely directly affected by associated gout. We 141 candidate evidence at least one signal, which 29 showed relationship Mendelian randomization. Among were lysophosphatidylcholines, may affect inflammatory response binding to TLR-2/4 receptors, providing plausible for future link processes
