Abstract The impact of housing temperature on exercise‐induced metabolic adaptations is not well understood, despite extensive research the benefits exercise for health. aim this study was to elucidate how temperatures influence molecular responses and in mice. Male C57BL/6N mice were housed at either room (RT, 21°C) or a thermoneutral environment (TN, 29°C) subjected 6‐week acute regimen. results demonstrated that chronic TN conditions significantly improved glucose tolerance, whereas no such improvement observed RT conditions. Exercise reduced adipocyte size inguinal epididymal white adipose tissue conditions, but significant browning detected temperature. Additionally, predominantly influenced key proteins skeletal muscle, with exhibiting interactive effects glycogen synthase, Glut4 Pgc‐1α. Moreover, regulation exerkines, including Fgf21, fetuin‐A, irisin, Gdf15, spexin apelin, dependent after both long‐term exercise. Notably, expression Metrnl consistently upregulated muscle environments, downregulated These findings highlight environmental critically modulates exerkines. suggest conventional might obscure full We recommend use future reduce confounding factors provide more accurate assessment

Adrenergic receptors (ARs) are preferentially expressed by innate lymphocytes such as natural killer (NK) cells. Here, we study the effect of epinephrine-mediated stimulation β2-adrenergic receptor (β2AR) on function human NK Epinephrine inhibited early cell signaling events and blocked integrin LFA-1. This reduced adhesion cells to ICAM-1, explaining how mobilized into peripheral blood upon epinephrine release during acute stress or exercise. Additionally, transiently degranulation, serial killing, cytokine production affected metabolic changes activation via cAMP-protein kinase A (PKA) pathway. Repeated exposure β2AR agonists resulted in desensitization a PKA feedback loop-initiated G-protein switch. Therefore, chronically stimulated no longer LFA-1 activity. Sustained long-acting β2-agonists (LABA) not only functions but also β2AR. However, from LABA-treated asthma patients still reacted unchanged stimulation, demonstrating that local LABA administration does result detectable systemic effects
