The problem of identifying possible dynamic mechanisms causing a global climate change is considered. This investigated on the basis conceptual mathematical model describing interaction sea ice latitude and bulk ocean temperature in presence parametric random fluctuations given by colored noise. It shown how, under influence perturbations, equilibrium modes initial deterministic are transformed into large-amplitude oscillatory modes. dependence these stochastic effects temporal correlation characteristics noises detail. In this study, along with direct numerical simulations solutions, new technique sensitivity analysis systems noise confidence ellipses method effectively used. zone most active resonance phenomena has been identified.
