Purpose To investigate the associations between urinary enterolignans concentration and oral probiotic ingestion using nationally representative data from United States population. Methods We analyzed dietary recall concentrations 12,358 eligible participants in National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) 1999–2010. Linear regression models with comprehensive covariate adjustments were employed to assess associations, accounting for demographic, socioeconomic, health status, lifestyle factors. Results Participants had higher of enterolignans, showed robust profound positive correlations after fully adjusted multiple confounders (all p values<0.05). Frequent consumption exerts a more impact on than Infrequent consumption, according correlation coefficient values both univariate multivariate analyses. Conclusion Dietary was significantly associated elevated U.S. population, high-frequency intake demonstrating stronger dose–response relationship compared low-frequency consumption.
