Abstract Background Various skin diseases exist; some require specialist treatment. Consequently, patients with these conditions are often referred from primary dermatological clinics to other medical institutions for further secondary or tertiary care. However, it has yet be fully evaluated at which necessitate such referrals. Objectives This study aims identify that care when treated a clinic. Methods enroled 14,306 who had visited the Ueo Dermatology Clinic (a clinic in Saiki City, Oita prefecture, Japan) 1 January 2020 31 December 2022. The following clinical information was examined: disease, age, sex, whether referrals (general emergency) were made after visit not, and reasons Results 'Eczema dermatitis' most frequent category clinic, although referral rates this not exceptionally high compared categories. A large number of emergency observed 'Viral infections (herpes zoster),' 'Drug‐induced reactions,' 'Bacterial (cellulitis)'; general 'Malignant tumours melanomas' 'Benign tumours.' Although low numbers, categories 'Blistering Diseases,' 'Connective Tissue 'Vasculitis, Purpura, Other Vascular Diseases.' In an analysis referrals, ranked highest: requirement high‐level treatment, surgical operation, hospitalisation, consultation doctors departments than dermatology. Conclusions identified several requiring additional Based on findings, seamless cooperation between specialised is anticipated.

Cutaneous adverse drug reactions, or pharmacodermias, are the most common form of reactions (ADR). It was our interest to know their epidemiological behavior in a tertiary hospital level Mexico. We stablished frequency ADR 61 infants and adults hospitalized patients those seen outpatient Dermatology Clinic at National Institute Cardiology Ignacio Chávez Mexico City (INCICh) over period 10 years. The frequently diagnosed pharmacodermias were acneiform dermatitis, cutaneous hyperpigmentation maculopapular exanthema mainly associated prednisone, hydroxychloroquine, cephalothin, amiodarone vitamin B-complex, although we registered less more severe hazardous reactions. These results consistent with other reports country. Multiple drugs administered time an important causative factor for ADR. is necessary every practitioner develop skills that permit identification these dermatoses order correctly manage each case diminish morbimortality associated.

Severe cutaneous adverse reactions (SCARs), including Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS), Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis (TEN), Drug Reaction with Eosinophilia and Systemic Symptoms (DRESS), Acute Generalized Exanthematous Pustulosis (AGEP), pose significant therapeutic challenges. Vancomycin linezolid have been linked to these life-threatening conditions, necessitating a better understanding of their associated risks.

Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI) represent new anticancer agents and have been used worldwide. However, ICI can potentially induce life-threatening severe cutaneous adverse reaction (SCAR), such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome/toxic epidermal necrolysis (SJS/TEN), hindering continuous therapy. We examine 6 cohorts including 25 ICI-induced SJS/TEN patients conduct single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) analysis, which shows overexpression of macrophage-derived CXCL10 that recruits CXCR3
