Abstract
Probiotic
and
engineered
microbe-based
therapeutics
are
an
emerging
class
of
pharmaceutical
agents.

treating
various
chronic
inflammatory
conditions

delivering
therapeutic
molecules.

yeast
platform

boulardii
is
designed
to
bind
abundant
extracellular
matrix
proteins

within
lesions
gastrointestinal

tunable
antibody
surface
display.
